This 1-day live and recorded class is designed for creatives who want to start using Video AI tools for storytelling. Whether you're a filmmaker, painter/illustrator, photographer, or just curious, this session will walk you through the latest tools and workflows.
You'll learn how to:
Use a variety of Video AI tools today (Veo3, Kling, Runway, Hailou, and more)
Create consistent shots with the same characters and environments
Prep and edit images using AI before animating them
Integrate LLMs to help with scripting, scene planning, and creative tasks
Tackle storytelling obstacles with creative, AI-powered solutions
How to use Sound Effects and Voice AI
Q&A session at the end
AI we will cover: Veo3, Kling, Runway, Hailou, Midjourney, Flux Kontext, and more.
No fancy setup required:
All the AI tools I use are online and browser-based, you won’t need a powerful computer or special hardware. I personally use an older computer. As long as you have internet access, you’ll be able to follow along. Some also have phone apps now.
Some of the AI tools I’ll demonstrate do require a subscription or payment, but many also offer low-cost plans. I’ll walk through a variety of options so you can choose what fits your needs and budget.
I occasionally use Photoshop, but it’s not required. There are powerful AI editing tools online that I’ll be covering as well. You can use any Video editing tool app to edit your videos, such as CapCut, Adobe Premeire (I use Rush on my phone for short reels), Instagram Edit, and others.
The class is also recorded and will be shared with everyone in a private YouTube channel and be up for approximately 2 months. If you cannot attend the live session, then that is ok! The recording link will be shared with everyone later in the day after upload.
